This new album produced by Avrohom Hersh Eisenberger and with choirs conducted by Yossi Glick features the timeless nigunim of Reb Shaya Gabbai, an extremely proficient composer who infused his compositions with kedusha. Reb Shaya was a Holocaust Survivor who was zoche to survive the Holocaust and make his way from Auschwitz to America where he became the Gabbai of the past Skver Rebbe and kept that position for 65 years eventually moving on to be the gabbai for the current Skver Rebbe.Reb Shaya was a Baal Tefilla for the Yomim Noraim within the big Beis Medrash in Skver as well. The Rebbe always honored Reb Shaya with singing by the Tish. This album took many hours to complete but with the masterful music, vocals, and child soloists, this album is a fitting tribute to Reb Shaya and his beautiful compositions. This album also features a full color booklet with more information.
